Kody Kasey (Defensive Back and Returners Coach)

Kody is from Pickerington, OH and prepped at Pickerington North High School where he was named second team all conference.  After high school, Kody attended Georgetown College.  In his sophomore year Kody suffered a season ending injury to his leg that was so severe that he had to choose to continue a likely future of numerous surgeries and a likelihood of life without physical activity or have his leg amputated.  Kody chose amputation and an uphill battle using a prosthetic leg to get back to the football field.  Kody lettered 4 years and played defensive back and returned kicks for the Tigers.  Kody was awarded the Mid-South Conference Champion of Character Award and also received the Touchdown Club of Columbus President's Award.   Kody also represented the United States on an Athletes in Action USA football team in 2018.  He received a Bachelors of Arts in Sociology with an emphasis in Criminal Justice from Georgetown College.  Serving and spreading the Word of God is Kody’s passion, through his testimony he shares how God has given him a victory beyond competition on the football field.  Kody specializes in coaching defensive backs and returners.
